DMX

Earl Simmons (18 de diciembre de 1970 - 9 de abril de 2021), conocido por su nombre artístico DMX ("Dark Man X"), fue un rapero, compositor y actor estadounidense. Comenzó a rapear a principios de la década de 1990 y lanzó su álbum debut It's Dark and Hell Is Hot en 1998, con la aclamación de la crítica y el éxito comercial, vendiendo 251.000 copias en su primera semana de lanzamiento. DMX lanzó su álbum más vendido, ... And Then There Was X , en 1999, que incluía el sencillo " Party Up (Up in Here) ". Sus sencillos de 2003 " Where the Hood At? " Y " X Gon 'Give It to Ya"También fueron un éxito comercial.
